 Private parking lots

More than 70% of the total public parking in the City of Pensacola is privately owned and managed. The property owners set their own rates and determine their own enforcement, which often includes booting and towing parked cars.

*City parking is identified by BLUE signage with the City logo and with two-digit zone numbers.

For handicapped parking, if you park in a private parking lot you will need to park in a designated Handicap Parking space or you may get booted, towed, or given a parking ticket.

I got a parking ticket.
What now?
Does your ticket look like this one?

The City of Pensacola manages less than 29% of Pensacola’s paid parking spots. If your parking ticket looks different from this one, it is not a City of Pensacola ticket. Here’s how to get help.
