City of Pensacola Parking

NEW Parking Options Coming Oct 5: When You Park Here, You Invest Here.

When You Park Here, You Invest Here.

When you park in a City of Pensacola parking space, you’re investing directly in downtown Pensacola. Unlike privately owned parking facilities, where parking revenue is retained by private operators, 100% of City parking revenue is reinvested back into the community.

These funds help support improvements that benefit residents, businesses, and visitors alike, including infrastructure, public safety, landscaping, cleanliness, technology upgrades, parking facilities, and other projects that keep downtown safe, accessible, and welcoming.

Parking revenue is a user fee, not a tax. It is paid only by those who choose to use City parking services. Approximately 80% of parking revenue is generated by visitors and non-city residents, helping fund local improvements while reducing the financial burden on City Residents.

When you park with the City, your parking dollars stay local supporting the services and investments that keep downtown Pensacola thriving.
