Neighborhood
Parking Solutions
Parking responsibly in residential neighborhoods helps keep our streets safe, accessible, and welcoming for everyone. It’s more than a courtesy to your neighbors – it’s an important part of protecting public safety. On narrow streets, near intersections and in areas with higher traffic volumes, improperly parked vehicles can reduce visibility, block access for emergency and sanitation vehicles, and create hazards for pedestrians, cyclist, and other motorists.
If a Parking Ambassador is in your neighborhood, it’s because a parking concern was brought to the City’s attention. Parking Ambassadors respond to community concerns by assessing the area, educating residents and visitors, and helping address parking issues when needed. Their goal is to promote safe, accessible neighborhoods while supporting voluntary compliance whenever possible.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe, accessible, and welcoming. Every time you park responsibly, you’re helping make our city a better place for everyone.
