Parking Permits + City Resident Discounts
The City of Pensacola offers several permits and City Resident discount programs. You can apply for a parking permit or discount online using your smartphone, smart device or computer, anywhere and anytime.
Please note that for all programs, the following apply:
– Prices listed do not include sales tax.
– Permits not accepted or renewed for license plates with outstanding fines for City* parking.
– Permits are limited to available inventory.
– Permits do not guarantee availability of parking space.
– Vehicles may not be parked in City* spaces for more than 24 hours.
– Permits and discounts are non-transferable and apply only to registered plate(s).
– Proof of residency and/or age required for SeniorPass and Discount Program.
– Secondary vehicles may be permitted but the same permit may not be used by multiple vehicles at the same time.
*All references to City parking spaces, lots and locations mean parking spaces and locations designated by two-digit parking zones only.
JeffersonPass
Location: Jefferson St. Garage (Zone 77) 53 S. Jefferson Street
Valid: 24 hours / 7 days per week, including special events
Price: $65 per month
LotPass
Location: 601 Commendencia (Zone 94) & S. Palafox Street (Zone 93) Lots
Valid: 24 hours / 7 days per week; does NOT include special events
Price: $10 per month
StreetPass AM
Location: City on-street spaces
Valid: 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday
Price: $40 per month

Annual Price: $25 City resident; $75 Non-City resident

FREE PARKING
• Community Maritime Park—Surface Lot (Excluding during special events)

• Belmont-DeVilliers—Surface Lot
• South Palafox—Surface Lot (*During select hours)
• 601 Commendencia—Surface Lot (*During select hours and excluding special events, or 24/7 with LotPass)

City Resident SeniorPass
Good for all City* spaces; for City seniors ages 65 and older; $10 per month.
• Must live within limits of City of Pensacola (check map). (Enter your address and scroll down to “Administrative”).
• Must be aged 65 or older and provide proof of age (Government-issued picture ID).
• Must show proof of residency (valid Driver’s License and vehicle registration).
• One license plate per resident.
• Jefferson St. Garage, City* parking lots and City* on-street parking are included.
• Permits valid 24/7, including special events.
• Allow up to 3 business days for electronic applications to be processed.
• Permits are not valid until application is approved and payment has been processed.
City Resident Discount Program
50% discount when paying through the ParkMobile app + $0.00 transaction fees.
• $5 per year application fee.
• Must live within limits of City of Pensacola (check map). (Enter your address and scroll down to “Administrative”).
• Must show proof of residency (valid Driver’s License and vehicle registration).
• Applies to City* ParkMobile sessions (2-digit zones).
• Applications not accepted for license plates with outstanding fines for City parking violations.
• The 50% discount will remain valid for 12 months from date of approval.
• Each City address may register one vehicle.
• Discounts are NOT applied at parking kiosks, must use ParkMobile app or text-to-pay.
• Discount only works at City* parking locations; not valid at private lots or meters.
• 50% discount applies only to the registered and approved license plate.
• Allow up to 3 business days for electronic applications to be processed and the 50% discount to be reflected on account.
