City of Pensacola Parking

Local Parking Solutions. Local Parking Management.

Where does the
money go?

When you park at a City of Pensacola parking spot, your parking dollars stay local and are being spent to improve the local community. City Parking employees live, work and play in Pensacola just like you.

Parking revenues are not a tax—they are fees paid only by those who use the service, of which almost 80% are not City residents.

The New Palafox Project at Government & Palafox

The NEW PALAFOX project is designed to make Palafox Street safer, increase the area’s walkability, and make much-needed aesthetic improvements. A significant portion of the project will be funded with parking revenues. All funding sources — Florida Power and Light, City parking and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Urban Core — are geographically tied to the downtown area and the New Palafox project. There is no use of general fund dollars.

I got a parking ticket.
What now?
Does your ticket look like this one?

The City of Pensacola manages less than 29% of Pensacola’s paid parking spots. If your parking ticket looks different from this one, it is not a City of Pensacola ticket. Here’s how to get help.
